    • Living in the state of Utah,

    • Interest or experience learning mandarin, and

    • Current student enrolled in an accredited middle, high school or university in the State of Utah.

    • Priority access to professional opportunities and travel experiences,

    • Opportunity to connect with other mandarin learners and experts in the community, and

    • Stronger abilities and practical use of mandarin.
